You are advised to check the Terms Of Service from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you. SocialGlamUp’s social media marketing & automation services reserves the right to update and modify the Terms Of Service or any policy or guideline applicable to the Service at any time without notice.
New features that may be added to the Service shall be subject to the Terms Of Service. Should you continue to use the Service after any such modifications have been made, this shall constitute your agreement to such modifications.

Payment and Access
SocialGlamUp’s social media marketing & automation services is a partner of the Paypal Business Payment Aggregator, Coinbase and PayStack; Paying for an order through this system, the buyer insures himself against all kinds of risks, since both the Paypal, Coinbase and Paystack service provides customer protection.
A valid credit/debit card is required for paying accounts. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB, PayPal and debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo. A credit/debit card is not required to create or use a trial account.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes or duties imposed by governing authorities. You alone are responsible for payment of all such taxes or duties.

Order processing rules and guaranties

SocialGlamUp operates completely separately from Instagram. SocialGlamUp does not attempt to wrongfully capitalize on Instagram’s reputation. Similarity in SocialGlamUp’s GramPilot and Instagram trademarks does not make any sense. These domain names and trademarks belong to absolutely different companies.

General Conditions
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The expected amount of followers, likes and comments is not guaranteed to you in any way. It all depends on the quality and interestingness of your content. We bring attention of real users to your feed, but we can’t protect you from spam, fake, inactive followers. It’s not possible to stop them, but you can remove unwanted followers by yourself or with special services. We can’t guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the services. Support for SocialGlamUp’s social media automation services is only available in English via email. You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service, SocialGlamUp, or any other SocialGlamUp service. Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any SocialGlamUp customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination. You understand that SocialGlamUp uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service. You understand that Instagram may ask you to confirm your account using the code sent by SMS or by any other means.
SocialGlamUp is not responsible if you do not get an SMS and are unable to unlock the account. Your payment is non-refundable in this case. The remaining paid period can be transferred to another your account if you send us request on email [email address removed]. If your bandwidth usage or load significantly exceeds the average bandwidth usage (as determined solely by SocialGlamUp) of other SocialGlamUp customers, we reserve the right to immediately disable or limit your account until you can reduce your bandwidth consumption or load.
SocialGlamUp does not warrant that (I) the service will meet your specific requirements, (II) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (III) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (IV) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (V) any errors in the Service will be corrected. You expressly understand and agree that SocialGlamUp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if SocialGlamUp has been advised of the possibility of such damages).
