You are advised to check the Terms Of Service from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you. SocialGlamUp’s social media marketing & automation services reserves the right to update and modify the Terms Of Service or any policy or guideline applicable to the Service at any time without notice.
New features that may be added to the Service shall be subject to the Terms Of Service. Should you continue to use the Service after any such modifications have been made, this shall constitute your agreement to such modifications.

Payment and Access
SocialGlamUp’s social media marketing & automation services is a partner of the Paypal Business Payment Aggregator, Coinbase and PayStack; Paying for an order through this system, the buyer insures himself against all kinds of risks, since both the Paypal, Coinbase and Paystack service provides customer protection.
A valid credit/debit card is required for paying accounts. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB, PayPal and debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo. A credit/debit card is not required to create or use a trial account.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes or duties imposed by governing authorities. You alone are responsible for payment of all such taxes or duties.
Age limits:
By using this site, SocialGlamUp.com, you must warrant that you are 18 years of age. If you are under 18 and are at least 13 you may use this site as long as it is under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees and accepts the User Terms and Condition Agreement.
Order processing rules and guaranties
Our site works in manual mode – this is how we provide you with high-quality ordering process that excludes all the possibilities of adding incorrect links and other mistakes. Orders are placed by managers from 08 am to 02 am UTC+1 Time. If the order arrives after hours, it will be put into operation in the order of priority after 8 am UTC +1 Time. Cancellations

- Monthly memberships and fixed-price skill bundles: These can still be canceled at any time, though we are unable to prorate membership cancellations or refund due to unused time/projects. All cancellation requests will go into effect at the end of your current monthly subscription. Termination of Service
- In darker news, we reserve the right to terminate the service of a SocialGlamUp client at any time — for any reason. Should this occur, we will provide a prorated refund at the standard rate for any unused portion of the service you have already paid for.
- The following are some examples, but not an exhaustive list, of reasons we may terminate service:
- If the client is constantly requesting tasks outside the scope of their service plan and we’re unable to find a solution by scaling back the requests.
- If the client is abusive to his/her assistant/service provider or any other SocialGlamup team member
Disclosure of Information
“SocialGlamUp Services Limited” will not collect and therefore will not disclose any information collected by Users to third parties.
Finally, we may transfer information collected from Users in connection with a sale of the “SocialGlamUp” business.
Maintenance of Information
Information about Users that is processed through our systems is protected using industry-standard security measures.
Affiliated Websites
We may offer some of our services in connection with other websites. Personal information that you provide to those sites may be sent to “SocialGlamUp LLC in order to deliver the service. SocialGlamUp operates completely separately from Instagram. SocialGlamUp does not attempt to wrongfully capitalize on Instagram’s reputation. Similarity in SocialGlamUp’s GramPilot and Instagram trademarks does not make any sense. These domain names and trademarks belong to absolutely different companies.

It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use SocialGlamUp at your own risk. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not to blame if your Instagram account is banned for any reason. We only require your Instagram username to obtain the required information to grow your accounts. We don’t store, give away, use in bad faith, or otherwise distribute your information to any third parties.
Account Terms
You must be 13 years or older to use this Service. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted. Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You may create separate logins for as many people as your plan allows. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Cancellation and Termination

Monthly subscription fees are subject to change without any notification from SocialGlamUp. Information about new pricing is provided by posting to the SocialGlamUp website. New pricing does not affect your paid period. SocialGlamUp shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
General Conditions
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The expected amount of followers, likes and comments is not guaranteed to you in any way. It all depends on the quality and interestingness of your content. We bring attention of real users to your feed, but we can’t protect you from spam, fake, inactive followers. It’s not possible to stop them, but you can remove unwanted followers by yourself or with special services. We can’t guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the services. Support for SocialGlamUp’s social media automation services is only available in English via email. You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service, SocialGlamUp, or any other SocialGlamUp service. Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any SocialGlamUp customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination. You understand that SocialGlamUp uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service. You understand that Instagram may ask you to confirm your account using the code sent by SMS or by any other means.
SocialGlamUp is not responsible if you do not get an SMS and are unable to unlock the account. Your payment is non-refundable in this case. The remaining paid period can be transferred to another your account if you send us request on email [email address removed]. If your bandwidth usage or load significantly exceeds the average bandwidth usage (as determined solely by SocialGlamUp) of other SocialGlamUp customers, we reserve the right to immediately disable or limit your account until you can reduce your bandwidth consumption or load.
SocialGlamUp does not warrant that (I) the service will meet your specific requirements, (II) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (III) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (IV) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (V) any errors in the Service will be corrected. You expressly understand and agree that SocialGlamUp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if SocialGlamUp has been advised of the possibility of such damages).
